Heute um 13:30 vor dem Roten Rathaus, demonstrieren in der Pandemie. Zwei Bereiche sind durch einen Korridor getrennt. Es dürfen nur 50 Leute an der Kundgebung teilnehmen und die Polizei zählt öfter nach.
Die Seebrücke hat aufgerufen, für eine Wiederaufnahme der Seenotrettung im Mittelmeer, der Evakuierung der Lager auf den griechischen Inseln und die dezentrale Unterbringungen der Geflüchteten zu demonstrieren.
Ich tausche meinen Standardmundschutz gegen ein ausgeteilten orangenen mit Seebrücke-Aufschrift.

Teilnehmer stehen mit großem Abstand, alle tragen Masken, offensichtlich ist das Infektionsrisiko deutlich geringer, als ich es in den letzten Tagen auf Märkten, vor Kneipen oder auch während der gesamten kontaktreduzierten Zeit in Supermärkten erlebt habe. Die Polizei pocht trotzdem – einigermaßen höflich, aber bestimmt – auf genaue Einhaltung der maximalen Teilnehmerzahl, der Redner der interventionistischen Linken sagt pflichtgemäß an, dass es nach Polizeiangaben jetzt 83 Teilnehmer sein, macht aber zunächst keine konstruktiven Vorschläge, das zu beheben oder zu prüfen. Etwas später werden Ziffern von 1 bis 50 in entsprechendem Abstand mit Kreide auf den Boden gezeichnet, die Teilnehmer stellen sich drauf und es scheint doch zu passen – ob, weil die Polizeizählung falsch war, oder weil wegen des einsetzenden ungemütlichen Regens einige gegangen sind, kann ich nicht einschätzen.
Participants stand at a great distance, everyone wears masks, obviously the risk of infection is much lower than I have experienced in the last few days at markets, in front of pubs or even during the whole contact-reduced time in supermarkets. The police nevertheless insists – reasonably polite, but firm – on the exact observance of the maximum number of participants, the speaker from the interventionist left dutifully announces that according to police reports there are now 83 participants, but does not initially make any constructive suggestions to remedy or check this. A little later, numbers from 1 to 50 are drawn on the floor with chalk at appropriate intervals, the participants stand on them and it seems to fit – whether it is because the police count was wrong or because some left because of the uncomfortable rain that started, I cannot tell.
Die Rednerin des Berliner Flüchtlingsrat fordert konkret, besonders von der SPD als Mitregierungspatei, deren Innensenator Andreas Geisel blockiere, die an sich von der Regierungskoalition beschlossene Aufnahme von Geflüchteten aus Moria in Berlin endlich anzugehen, indem Anträge gestellt und ggf. dafür – erfolgversprechend, wie sie es einschätzt – zu klagen.
Seenotretter berichten von Schikanen der Mittelmeeranreinerstaten, die z.Zt, eine private Seenotrettung unterbindet und von tödlichen Vorfällen. Weitere Redner, teils Geflüchtete, berichten auf französisch, es gibt auch Musik aber der Regen wird immer stärker und ich gehe frierend eine halbe Stunde vor offiziellem Ende.
